Properties that have difficult entitlement requirements, or need significant redevelopment, a master site and development plan, a mixed use, a custom and difficult development or distressed sale are all examples of opportunities that we look at seriously. Invest in Real Estate
KII is always interested in establishing new relationships with equity investors. Typically, an equity investor can expect an approximate 10% preferred return plus a significant amount of the development ownership, profits or cash flows. The total return on investment, for an equity investment is generally projected above 20%.
