Between 2009 and 2011, Kader Investments, Inc. obtained, repaired, and sold over 150 homes per year, totaling over 450 properties. After the housing crash of 2008, many properties were left unoccupied and dilapidated, in desperate need of repairs. KII obtained these properties over the course of several years and assess their levels of damage and condition.
Once assessed, KII obtained any necessary permits and went to work fixing and modernizing these properties. These repairs often included:
- new cabinetry
- new countertops
- updated appliances
- updated hardware in kitchens and bathrooms
- new roofing
- replaced or repaired drywall
- new flooring
- interior paint
- exterior paint
- landscaping
- updated ductwork
- new fixtures
- repaired or replaced plumbing
- repaired or replaced wiring
- updated or replaced electrical panels
Once these properties were repaired and modernized, KII placed these properties back onto the market to be sold, selling over 150 properties per year between 2009 and 2011.
